This role for an existing Corporate Paralegal with solid corporate experience of M&A and preferably some capital markets experience to develop their career. The firm has an excellent working environment and high-quality work.The collegiate corporate team has an excellent client base and Corporate Paralegal will work with closely with Associate and Partners in a small dynamic team.
