The residential property team works with bespoke and high value purchases and sales, letting and funding, refinancing and transfer of equity. The Family team has extensive experience in all areas of relationship issues including those that arise from families in business.The successful candidate will join the Private Client / Succession and Tax team based in brand new offices, you will be a career Paralegal seeking a long term position and keen to contribute and be part of a very successful teamIdeally you will already have acquired good quality experience of probate and administration of estates. You will assist assist fee earners and partners with the conduct of certain smaller matters and assist with the drafting of a variety of Private Client / Tax / Succession related documentation as well as a number of other administrative and supporting duties to ensure smooth running of the client caseload.
