Apply now My client, a leading law form is looking for a Paralegal to join their Social Housing Sales team, part of the firm`s Real Estate group providing a high quality legal service to Housing Association clients. You will be dealing with a different types of transactions including right to buy and shared ownership as well as providing technical support to the team including lease extensions and dealing with site set ups. Your key duties will be: Providing paralegal and administrative support to a large teamDealing with and maintaining contact with Housing Association clients Liaising regularly with Housing Associations to provide regular updates Handling own caseloadProviding technical support to the teamMaintaining good file management The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 12 months` practical experience of social housing conveyancing workPrevious responsibility for dealing with shared ownership, `right to buy`, `Surrender` and Plot Sales Transactions In addition to this, you will have strong IT skills, plenty of initiative with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You must also have a high level of accuracy and work well as part of a team.
