NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!Day to day duties:·Receiving inbound calls regarding customer queries·Speaking with new and existing customers·Dealing with complaints and cancellations·Responding to all inbound emails efficiently and effectively·Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis·Prioritising work load·Providing exceptional 5 star Customer Service via telephone and emailSkills:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast paced environmentCustomer service experience with any sectorTo be able to work well within a team and using your own initiativeOrganisational skillsMust have your own transport due to the location of the clientHours:20 per week on a shift basis (Part Time)Shifts : 8.00 am - 12.00 / 4.00 pm - 8.00 pm including Saturdays on a rota basisFull Time: 37.5 hours a weekMonday to Friday Fully flexible between 8am and 8pm (shifts on a rota basis) inc.
