We are currently looking for Parts Advisors for our Wembley branch for immediate start. Prior experience in this field is not necessary but an interest is essential. The company is currently undergoing major expansion plans and will shortly be opening a branch in Slough with further expansion plans in the pipeline as well. This will lend employees with further scope for promotion and career advancement. Outline of responsibilities:- Responsible for servicing existing customers and help to generate new businessAccurately identify customer requirementsProcess parts orders efficientlyMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of new or updated parts (Training will be provided) Outline of requirements: You should be able to work on your own, show initiative and communicate with customers and colleagues in a respectful manner. Customer service and inter-personal skills are vital. You must be ambitious, ready to take on new challenges and be a quick learner. Qualifications: English and Maths G.C.S.E or equivalent. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 18.00, alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 14.30 Salaryrange: £20,000 - £25,000 Job Type: Full-time
