The role is overseeing a small team of parts advisors and reporting directly to the manager. Role: Working in this busy main dealer you will be dealing with both retail and trade customers to source the right Parts for the customers' needs. You will be working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Service department to deliver the highest levels of customer service. The role will entail general duty within the parts department so whether it's booking in parts, dealing with customers or even working on the back counter. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner. We are looking for either someone with proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership, although we will look at an individual from an independent that can show the ambition and ability to take on the position. Candidates need to have recent Main Dealer experience and not be afraid to pick up the phone and drum up new business, they will be an element of cold calling involved.
