The Role : To assist the Support Team Manager in providing a first class service to their Clients in the administration and execution of their day to day financial affairs. To manage monthly payroll duties, in accordance with current legislative requirements for all Clients where a payroll is in operation,This involves handling all the payroll queries within the team.The payroll element to this role will run in cycles, so other finance-related tasks can be performed as time allows,Dealing with the day-to-day administration of client finances on behalf of the team e.g., the prompt payment of invoices and the reconciliation of bank statements etc.Completing annual accounts and ensuring that these are submitted within set timescales (training will be given)Requesting relevant information from third parties as required in a timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date file maintenance in respect of all client files in accordance with the requirements of the firm and its regulatory bodies.Correctly document and time record all work undertaken, including letters and all client communications.Maintain accurate records of clients' finances and balancing of all accounts on a monthly basisDeal with internal and external calls in the course of undertaking the role The Candidate: You will be responsible for managing the payroll functionPayroll experience essential, currently 250 staff on the monthly payrollWorking knowledge of auto enrolment, in relation to payroll impact and processingYou will be IT literate, including word, excel , NumerateExperience administering accounts, e.g. bank reconciliations, invoice processing , financial statementsExcellent communication skillsA team player , strong problem solving skills , proactively deal with requests and queriesExcellent company benefits Apply now
