These cases are EL/PL multi-track, all-encompassing from 'slip and trip' to catastrophic personal injury along with everything in between. Professionals with a desire to gain experience dealing with higher valued cases will benefit from joining this firm, your Claimant or Defendant experience will be built upon. Core Duties & Responsibilities Include: Defend EL & PL personal injury claims as well as product liability mattersHandle litigated casesProvide early pre-litigation advice when required About you Get in touch if you are a Chartered Legal Executive or a Multi-Track EL/PL non-qualified fee earner who is looking to work on ever more complex and higher valued claims.
