The role would be best suited to a personal lines account handler with industry experience within insurance. You are required to be the first point of contact for personal lines customer looking to discuss a new policy or change an existing one, it is essential that the service to the customer is to very high standards. You are responsible to carry out all tasks in good time including midterm adjustments, renewals and new business enquiries.Requirements:"Experience working within household, travel or motor insurance - (Essential)"Experience working within multi skilled insurance environment"CII or looking to work towards the qualification"Handle renewals of existing policies"Work to all FCA regulations"Develop new and existing business"Strong insurance product knowledgeMy client can offer free parking alongside an excellent salary package.
