Provide guidance, insight and support on all technical matters to internal and external customers. Contribute to product design and qualification and the establishment of requirements.Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects / workload. Deliver technical projects consistently, on time and on budget.Review all work produced by the Technical Team to ensure accuracy and correctness prior to release.Input to the annual company budget for the Laboratory Department SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDirect line management of technical teams; recruiting training, developing through coaching and mentoring, managing performance (essential)Managing and embedding change (essential)Ensuring technical service delivery (essential)Working experience of Project Management methods (essential)Competent user of MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (essential)Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable)
