Apply now We are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager in Morecambe Full timeMonday to Friday, 45 hours per week The Pharmacy in Morecambe is in a busy health centre that does 10,000 items, with a lovely spaced environment. The ideal candidate needs to be dynamic with a passion to drive a business with great opportunities.RELOCATION PACKAGES AVAILABLESalary - Our client is happy to pay Up To £60,000 for someone with a strong management background within busy pharmacy environments. The pharmacy would suit a pharmacist manager who is keen to engage with the local community and build a pharmacy business through a number of different channels. There is a great opportunity to provide additional professional and patient lead services and to engage further within the local community which would suit a patient lead pharmacist. My client is looking for a motivated and well organised Pharmacist who is able to quickly adapt to new situations and work independently as well as lead the Pharmacy team Previous pharmacy management experience is ideal but not essential for this role, we are looking for a highly capable and motivated pharmacist as well and core personal attributes and attitudes which will be explored during the first stage of the interview process. Core strengths include strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to set clear objectives for the team whilst mentoring them to develop their skills and knowledge. An effective communicator you will be able to engage effectively with patients, clinical and medical professionals and motivate your team. To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a real "can do" attitude and the desire and ability to work closely with your colleagues to build a successful pharmacy business.
