Apply now Insurance Account ManagerLocation: CrawleySalary: £20k + Benefit packageHours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30pmI have great pleasure in supporting our Insurance based client in the recruitment of a new and exciting position of Compliance Account Manager within their compliance team based in Crawley.Responsibilities:* Build relationships with key clients* Responsible for on-boarding new clients under regulatory supervision* Create, agree, manage and maintain the compliance monitoring plan for the client* Analyse data and company performance to ensure full compliance is met * Manage the online portals for clients ensuring all actions are up to date* Visit clients to audit their process, agree outcomes and implement any actions* Collate management information* Identify and escalate issues to the compliance manager The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:* Proven experience within a FCA regulated environment* Excellent customer service skills* Analytical and have natural problem solving skills* Ideally educated to graduate level* Strong IT skills inclusive of ExcelThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding organisation that offers a great working environment and training.
