POSITION: Primary Teaching Assistant / Graduate Teaching Assistant - Year 5 Class PERSON: Teaching Assistant must be a degree holder with a strong academic record and a focus on becoming a primary teacher OR building a career within education LOCATION: Battersea area of Wandsworth, South West London TRANSPORT: South West Train lines and Stockwell station are in walking distance! START DATE: After Easter start - IMMEDIATE interview - long term for the rest of the academic year (July 2018) - Could also become permanent for the right candidate! PAY: £70 -£80 per day dependant on experience plus up to £675 health care package! SCHOOL: 3 other graduates have trained with them and passed with flying colours!! As their Teaching Assistant, your responsibility will lie with providing first class support to a Year 5 class for the rest of the academic year. Out of 30 pupils, 21 are boys - this boy heavy class means they have some pupils that are quite boisterous. They therefore need someone who is confident with behaviour management and someone who can build excellent relationships with older children. Are you a Graduate Teaching Assistant who can act as a positive role model and create a firm but fair presence in the classroom?
