The role is to work for a busy and respected private client department who deal with a high quality caseload including acting for high net worth individuals. This law firm is regarded as one of the best in the South East and are in a great location in mid Kent so easily commutable from areas of Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London. This firm have a modern dynamic and refreshing approach to law but retain the more traditional approach of putting the client and their needs first. They are a great firm to work for as they offer a valuable work/life balance environment and a friendly and flexible yet professional culture. You will be taking over an existing workload of private client matters. There is plenty of client contact so good people skills are essential. You will ideally have experience of dealing with estate administration, drafting Wills and Trusts, Probate, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. This is a senior level position and therefore applications are welcome from candidates at Partner level as this role will be to join the firm as Salaried Partner from day 1. It is anticipated that you will either currently be a Partner in another law firm, or you will be an associate or senior solicitor that has maybe been overlooked for Partnership.
