The role is to work for a busy and respected private client department who deal with a high quality caseload including acting for high net worth individuals. This law firm are not the biggest but are known to be one of the best in the area and are highly ranked. They are in a great location in West Kent. You will be taking over an existing workload of private client matters. There is plenty of client contact so good people skills are essential. You will ideally have experience of dealing with estate administration, drafting Wills and Trusts, Probate, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. This is an experienced level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors who have at least 5 years PQE in private client work. STEP membership or working towards would be an advantage.
