Apply now Kinetic are looking to recruit for a Supervisor / Team leader to work for a niche medical company based in Wythenshawe. The company supply operating theatres with sterile instruments and equipment to various sites up and down the UK.They are looking for a Sterile Services Supervisor / Production Supervisor with an NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent). The purpose for this role is to:*Manage the production and logistic staff within the team on a shift basis*Oversee and rigorously check the preparation of instruments and equipment by the process of cleaning, assembly and packing within predefined quality standards*Contribute to the management of a busy Sterile Services Unit*Supervising a team of Sterile services personnel daily*To be responsible for the finished packs and to make sure that the procedures and current legisltation is adhered toTo be successful as the Supervisor you will need:*NVQ Level 4 or equivalent*Experience within Sterile Services / Health Related Products would be a distinct advantage*Managerial / Supervisory experience is a must as you will be supervising a team*Computer literate*Excellent communication skills*Personal Hygiene is paramount*Desire to drive processes and efficiency forward to assist company managementIn return you will receive the following:*£9.00 per hour rising to £19000 per annum after qualifying period*Constant 2pm - 10pm shift*A permanent position after 12 weeks*A fantastic clean and sterile working environment*Ongoing training and development*Free tea coffee and fruit!This is a genuinely great company to work for.
