The candidate must have experience controlling customer schedules & material ordering utilising a similar production control system. By reporting directly to the Office/Financial Manager, you will be responsible for: Implementing & monitoring daily schedules. Ordering & sourcing new & existing material supplies. MRP analysis. Updating works orders. Liaising with suppliers to implement the most cost effective supply solution. Working with engineering to source project materials. Monitoring and reporting supplier KPI's. Monitoring & reporting delivery KPI's. Performing relevant audits based on our business requirements. Supporting office daily functions. Being flexible and taking responsibility for meeting customer & supplier additional demands through working additional hours should it become necessary. Be flexible in performing additional duties & operations for the business should there be a need. The list is meant to give flavour of responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
