This programme will give the right candidate the opportunity to work with senior level stakeholders whilst conducting a divisional strategic change. The business is looking for the following experience: End to end programme management, preferably within general insuranceA strong knowledge of finance change functions and processesThe ability to work with multiple stakeholders on varying initiativesPeople management and team development The role will involve: The set up and closure of set project workstreams, as well as managing their those responsible for their deliveryThe development and managing of the programme scope and planWorking collaboratively across multiple functions to ensure a uniform approachProgramme planning & implementationHigh Level Stakeholder Management It is essential that all candidates have experience of change programmes, preferably insurance focused with strong people management. The role will require an articulate individual who can work with both technology & business change teams to delivery this change piece.
