My client are a leading outdoor advertising business, with contracts with many of the UK's rail companies. They are seeking a project manager to manage a main contractor on a major asset investment project under an NEC contract. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast paced, highly commercial matrix environment. As well as having a competent knowledge of NEC contracts and their differences and change control. In addition to this they will also have experience gained on a Crossrail project. On offer here is an excellent contract role, with a fantastic salary which includes opportunities for bonuses, working with a blue chip Outdoor advertising working with leading rail providers and great future prospects including contract extensions or a permanent position. The role: *Managing a main contractor to deliver a safe and compliant project to all necessary laws and regulations, including NEC contractual obligations. *Stakeholder management which includes director level staff, finance, legal and a range of external contractors and suppliers *Working closely with the rail based end client and its partners to protect and enhance the station and route environment.
