Salary circa £50,000. Role: working in a team of lawyers our case-load is varied so it is important for the candidate to be able to adapt and stay calm under pressure as well as have the ability to effectively time manage and work to strict deadlineshandling a busy case load involving both FtT, County Court and High Court mattersattending hearings (and assisting with the preparation beforehand)drawing up legal property documentsnegotiatinganalysing and advising on legal documents relating to property matters Skills and Experience: sound relevant commercial and residential property experience, including property litigation gained with a respected property teamminimum of 2 years PQE as a property lawyer Person Specification:excellent organisational skillsstrong academic backgroundability to work on own initiativeWell-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levelsGood communication skillsAttention to detail Please contact Bill at Taylor Hawkes for further details.
