They also boast a number of L500 and Chambers & Partners rankings. Your new roleThe team are seeking an NQ-4 PQE Solicitor or CILEX to join their insurance practice within the Property Damage team. The team is expanding and you will be working in a number of insurance related matters including: Claimant Property Damage Recoveries - covering a number of incidents including flood, fire and escape of water typically in excess of £150,000·Defendant work - product liability matters relating to property damage ·Fraud and Policy Coverage You will be carrying out the above work on behalf of a number of household insurer clients. You will have the unique benefit of being able to manage a caseload of both claimant and defendant matters.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a motivated lawyer with at least 6 months litigation experience with good academics. You will also be commercially aware and have the ability to work in a team as well as alone.
