Working closely with a well established team of fee earners you will assist with a range of matters relating to property and land acquisition and disposal. Your Property Paralegal role will see you carrying out research, completing documentation and dealing with client queries. This is a 6 month contract which may be subject to extension for the right Property Paralegal. THE CANDIDATE: To be successful you will be a Paralegal with experience of supporting commercial property fee earners. Some prior experience of assisting with land a property disposals and acquisitions would be a distinct advantage. Paralegals with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to effectively prioritise a busy and changing workload.
