THIS ROLE IS TO WORK APPOINTMENTS IN COLCHESTER We are a leading firm specialising in protection and GI offerings to our clients and typically, an Adviser will see more than 20 potential clients per week in one location. The appointments are generated through seminar type presentations, not purchased from the internet or from telemarketing companies. Our conversion rates after the seminar are as high as 90% of the enquiries we sit in front of. We are looking to expand our team of Advisers by a further 6 and are actively recruiting in the area. We run a week's residential induction course which is followed up by a further week's field training and constant ongoing support to ensure you succeed in the role.Requirements to be consideredCurrently in a mortgage or protection UK based sales role with a minimum 12-month provable track record and able to demonstrate sales figures. Candidates should live within 1 hour travelling distance of each location advertised.Due to the number of applications received unfortunately those CVs received that don't match the above criteria are unlikely to receive a response.BenefitsEmployed Position with basic salary to £40k, dependent on experience plus bonuses with realistic OTE of £40k to £60k+, expenses and generous holiday entitlement. This is a field-based Adviser position, working from home.
