Working as part of the Academic Quality Unit, you will be responsible for managing the key quality assurance events for our further education and apprenticeships programmes, under the leadership of the Head of Quality Enhancement. You will make sure that quality processes and documentation are reviewed, updated and compliant, and that our reporting requirements are met at all times. Other key requirements include: A higher education level qualification Relevant admin/officer level experience Strong planning, co-ordination and organisation skills High accuracy with attention to detail Minute-taking and report writing skills The ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of people, and build relationships Any overseas education experience would be advantageous At UCEM we expect all our employees to demonstrate our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence and Support.
