The main objective of our agency is to provide last minute emergency care which operates 24 hours a day. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Recruitment Consultant with an excellent ethical work to join our dynamic team. If you are an experienced recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge, and have experience of recruiting for either the private sector or public sector, this role could be for you. Responsibilities and Duties Candidate Sourcing - across a variety of methodsCold-Calling Potential CandidatesSearching through Recruitment Databases and expand candidate networkContact existing Candidates for availability and secure suitable work to match their requirementsBuild long lasting relationships with candidates and clientsLiaise with both Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment processBusiness Development: Secure new business and build Client network.Client management and growthDeveloping and managing your sectorNegotiationProvide a quality Customer Service to our Clients and CandidatesEnsure vacancies are advertised effectively.Exceed targets.To meet individual KPIs and gross margin performance targetsCovering the Emergency On call rota is part of this role. Experience and Skills Excellent communications skills are essential and a confident/professional telephone manner would be pre-requisite. Candidates must have the following: Excellent PC skills/Telephone manner/Communication skillsPrevious experience as a recruitment consultant/ResourcerSales focused and target drivenPro-active approach and a lateral thinkerAble to work in a fast pace working environment.Ability to prioritise and multi-task your workloadA high level of professionalismReady to adapt.
