Apply now Regional Operations Director £70000 + car allowance North of England Health care agency Sales Support the creation and submission of tenders within the north of England Assume ownership for the operational implementation and development of acquired contracts Strive to achieve and exceed agreed business targets Sales management of franchisees to deliver growth targets Regular and documented sales contact with contracts officers, directors and all potential business purchasers within their defined territory Motivate and direct company owned branch managers to achieve and exceed sales targets Take defined product lines (including generic home care and speciality) to purchasers and deliver niche sales targets Operational Ensure the profitable delivery on all new business Ensure operational efficiencies within the designated territory Managing company owned cost structures to deliver target EBITDA Manage, motivate, develop and mentor company-owned managers to meet and exceed agreed set targets Management Gain sales knowledge of all service line features and benefits and method of delivery. Monitor performance against targets (using KPls) Administrative Regular, simple weekly reporting of performance.
