Responsible for the achievement of vehicle volume objectives, customer satisfaction, and all operating standards and overall business performance within the region.They are looking specifically for strong, hungry, automotive candidates, who are fresh and ambitious in their career, wanting to grow, develop, achieve objectives, and progress. Accident repair centre experience, including field management and the ability to interact and influence with all level of employees and customers is essential. You must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding objectives within the automotive industry. Based from home with travel across the region Ideally you will have Insurance engineering or automotive group experience and encompass skills in:- Relationship Building- People Management- Technical Product Knowledge ( Automotive- Accident repair)- Commercial Acumen They are offering: Company car - Laptop 22 Days holiday 40 hours per week £35k
