The role will see you manage the delivery of retail loss prevention and security in stores across London. You will be responsible for reducing shrink, managing in-store loss prevention teams, engaging retail staff and working closely with senior retail store managers. Required Experience:Retail Loss Prevention experience is essential. You should be able to engage Retail Managers and develop strong strategic relationshipsA track record of reducing shrink in a retail environmentExperience of investigating internal and external theftStrong leadership skillsExperience of implementing Loss Prevention & security programmesWhat you will do:Manage the delivery of loss prevention and security across stores in London.
