Apply now Claims Adjuster - City of London Our client is a well established and trusted Reinsurer based in the city of London offering both proportional and non-proportional reinsurance solutions across multiple product lines including Property & Casualty, A&H, Motor, Speciality and Professional Indemnity. A vacancy has arisen within the claims team for a Reinsurance Claims Adjuster to manage a varied portfolio of claims. The key deliverables of this role are: Ensuring the timely logging and progression of losses.Maintain adequate case reserves by reference to expert reports and all available evidence,Relationship management with key brokers and service providers such as Lawyers, Auditors, Loss Adjusters, Cedants and claims outsource companies.Assess indemnity / policy coverage and ensure all payments are justified. Thereafter, preparing reconciliations as appropriate.Undertake project work as required and participate in delivering the claims business plan. The claims arise from both UK and International treaties. About You Our client is seeking candidates with some prior insurance or reinsurance claims adjusting experience across relevant lines of business. A degree education or insurance qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential. Above all else we are looking to speak with positive career minded claims professionals who are open to training opportunities and wanting to progress their career within a an A-Rated Reinsurance company.
