Apply now An outstanding international law firm requires a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Newcastle. Experienced Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancer are encouraged to apply. You must have demonstrable experience working in residential conveyancing and be capable of hitting the ground running with a hands on role. The Role: -Running your own complex caseload, you will run the files from start to completion under minimum supervision covering primarily part exchange and purchases with secondary work on plot sales.- The role will require you to work closely with the development team compiling sales documents and assisting with licenses. -You will join a team of fee earners including Partners, Associates, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. There will therefore be excellent support for you in place and you will be able to advance your technical skills. The Candidate: -In order to be considered, you must have considerable experience in residential conveyancing with at least 12 months experience. -In addition, you must have strong IT skills going above and beyond the norm. -The role will require the applicant to demonstrate complex conveyancing skills in solving issues across a multitude of areas. - Excellent communication skills are required as well as the background of showing outstanding client service.
