Apply now My client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/CLC qualified for one of their offices in Preston. You will have at least 2PQE and have dealt with all aspects of conveyancing from inception to post completion. Dealing with freehold, leasehold, equity release, new builds, re-mortgages, untitled etc. You will have an assistant to deal with letters, chasing and all administration. Ideally you will be keen to promote new business whilst retaining current work, and enjoy networking and attending business forums. The role itself is full time and permanent. The firm is a well respected law firm in the North West. They are offering excellent salaries and benefits for the right person.
