Apply now We are recruiting full time Residential Support Workers to work within our residential Children's home for children/young people with ages ranging between 10 and 17 years old. You need to have a genuine interest in working with young people with specialist needs and be able to support them with respect, flexibility and enthusiasm. You will be required to assist young people with everyday living, report writing, care planning, assessments and encourage community involvement as well as offering new and innovative incentives and goals. You will also be required to offer the children/young people support, care and guidance within a residential setting and to act as a positive role model. The home operates a shift pattern and this includes waking night and sleeping in duties. You will need to have: - Experience working with children within Residential homes - Experience working with ASD children and young people - Current Enhanced DBS or willing to undertake one Successful applicants will be subject to references and DBS clearance.
