The desirable Retail Catering Manager will have experience working in a busy grab and go type concept catering environment at a managerial level. We are looking for a Retail Catering Manager who is confident with the forecasting, budgets and P&L's as well as having an insight into managing events. There is great scope for upselling the restaurant space for events so previous experience of forward thinking & creativity is essential for this role.
