We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher. You will be working with young people with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties. The role; The role will be teaching SEN students from the age ranges of 7-18. The role would suit an established qualified teacher with experience of working with SEN pupils from KS2-KS4. The ideal candidate; Must have: SEN experiencePrimary/Secondary School/Higher Education backgroundQualified Teacher Status is desirable but not essential (based on experience)Genuine passion for Special educational needs The school; A specialist SEN School in Surrey dedicated to children with SLD. The school is well supported by Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and the Psychology service and they are conveniently located within walking distance to a Train station. You will have proven organisational and communication skills with a strong understanding of pupils with special educational needs. Flexibility and clear thinking will be necessary in order to be able to work closely with staff and parents to help ensure that each child is given the opportunity to fulfill the potential.
