Apply now We are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a leading full service law firm based in Huddersfield. This is a great opportunity to join a very supportive and friendly team, undertaking traditional residential conveyancing work. They provide a very modern work environment with open plan offices that are based in the City Centre. Our client is a very successful, regional firm that have a big portfolio of both private and business clients and pride themselves on delivering clear and high quality services. The role-You would work on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, dealing with whole transactions from start to finish. This includes but not limited to; Sales & Purchase; Right to Buy Lease Extensions; Transfer of Equity; Re-Mortgages and Deeds of variation.-Client contact is an essential part of this role and you will be encouraged to join the other solicitors in networking with the local agents and helping to build on existing relationships.-You will have access to secretarial support if required, allowing you to fully focus on your caseload and clients. The Candidate-Our client is flexible and is looking for candidates with strong residential property experience who are confident in their capabilities of progressing an existing residential conveyancing case load independently.-This role would suit someone wanting a long term career in Residential Conveyancing looking to work with an established, outgoing team.
