The role will involve supporting new business, as well as renewals retention, and day to day servicing of existing business. Obtaining renewal dates and invitations to quote. Preparing and issuing new business and renewal quotations.Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.Processing mid-term adjustments.Checking and issuing policy documents.Processing cancellations.Maintaining accurate database records.Skills & experience required:1 years + experience within Commercial or Household Insurance Broking or Customer Service.Pro-active, confident outgoing telephone manner.Good understanding of FCA and TCF requirements.Good organisational and admin skills.Confident to work in a sales driven target environment.Pro-active approach to customer service and team work.GCSE Maths & English at C grade and above or equivalent.
