You will have previous automotive administration experience and be able to demonstrate an understanding of DMS systems, knowledge of Kerridge/ADP is essential You must be able to show a systematic approach to this multi-functional role, with strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail. We need someone with excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment with the ability to meet demands and deadlines that the job entails. At our Narborough Road branch, you will have the opportunity to work 2 prestigious brands, as well as Brand Approved Used Stock. Role: Taxing, Invoicing and stocking in vehicles for Sales Managing your own CRM system Checking vehicle funding on franchise systems HPI checks on part exchange/used cars when needed Deal files to be ready at point of Handover for Sales Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with an hour for lunch.
