This is a blended role, 80% phone based and 20% face to face were you'll be speaking with existing customers (trades people) and advising them on products. This is a friendly, supportive company with great career progression and the successful candidates will be looking for a long term career and not a stop gap. Hours of work:This role is a full time position on a rota basis working shifts between 9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm a Sunday (40 hours) Applicants would be expected to work at least 1 day at the weekend.The Job:Providing excellent telephone based customer service, ensuring that information given is correct and queries are dealt with promptlyCall existing customers and offering information on the products and services we offerDealing and responding to customer emails through our in house ticket system ensuring all queries are actioned within a reasonable time frameProviding face to face customer service in storeTaking ownership of customers' queries and resolving them, in a timely mannerPro-Active Customer Service - Making outbound calls to new customersTo liaise with other departments to ensure the daily operation runs smoothlySupporting the Marketing Department with promotional activity as requiredAbility to give guidance and advice on products we offerRequirements:Excellent computer skillsTake pride in performanceBe self motivated and driven to succeedStrong communication skillsHave a strong understanding of customer servicesBe a high-performing individual with proven experience of working with other Colleagues, to achieve and meet the company's objectivesPlease send your CV ASAP to or apply straight from the link provided.
