Unlike the majority of Sales positions within Manchester, you will have a supportive management structure and dedicated Team Leader to develop your sales techniques and ensure you earn the top commission bracket every month. Not only do the business ensure you reach to top bonus scale, they also ensure you are building a progressive career with the organisation. There are a variety of development opportunities including management positions, senior broking positions and a chance to become accredited in the industry through further qualifications. This position is a consultative based approach to selling. You will be understanding your client's wants and needs from an insurance products before recommending the most appropriate policy for the customer based on the detailed fact find. Prior experience working in Insurance Sales is advantageous as you will have a knowledge of the multiple providers the business work with. Applicants who have a proven sales record working in a consultative based position will be also considered for the position. This is a Monday to Friday sales position where you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure where 100% of the team earn in excess of £45,000 per annum.
