Trusted by some of the UK's leading providers they tailor protection policies to suit consumer needs on a non-advised basis. Initially a Dorset based company with a desire to grow and develop, they opened our second offices in Boston Manor, Brentford during the summer of 2016. Now a strong team of 10, they are looking for an experienced, hand's on and sales focused Manager, who can work with their current structure to help support the future growth of this function. Key Responsibilities: Setting and achieving performance targets for sales, efficiency and quality in line with the company's overall planCreating a sense of urgency within the sales team by building an energetic and engaging sales floor and cultureLead from the front by demonstrating the company sales process in front of colleagues to highlight what good looks likeUnderstand and buy into the overall aims and objectives of the company and providing clear communications to your teamReporting business critical sales data to the management team on a daily, weekly and monthly basisAbility to interpret data, spot trends and put in place action plans to remedy short fallsDeveloping sales team members in line with their personal development plans and performance reviews - utilising call recording sessions, internal training and one to one sessionsUtilising company led incentive programmes to maintain high motivation and target achievement within the teamWorking in consultation with the QA Department to agree, implement, and ensure good quality outcomesLearning, retaining and coaching sales staff on detailed product knowledgePresenting new products and process to staff and ensuring all sales staff are fully trained at all timesSuccession planning, recruitment, development and staff retention of the team to ensure that both manpower and productivity targets are metPlanning of holidays and managing periods of absence and sickness to ensure the business is not affected Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years Sales Management experience within a financially regulated outbound environmentA proven track record in delivering against set objectives in sales quality and regulatory requirements within a fast paced contact centre environmentAbility to demonstrate a detailed understanding of performance management and sales management techniquesHands on, positive and charismatic leadership approachStrong communicator with the ability to influence othersAn experienced coach and developer of people, leading from the front and demonstrating what good looks likeIntuitive and inquisitive approach with the ability to adapt accordingly and instinct to know what to doA hunger and capacity to learn in a fast paced, regulated environmentIntermediate skills in Microsoft office packages What We Offer: In addition to your basic salary you can expect: A benefits progression package which includes a car allowance, clothing allowance and personal cleanerChristmas and birthdays off plus an annual holiday allowance (31 including bank holidays and rising to 33 on successful completion of probation)Death in service benefitChildcare VouchersCompany Pension SchemeEyecare policyFinancial and wellbeing support It is Birchfield Recruitment's policy, that we to respond to all applications within three working days.
