Apply now Our client, a trading name of a multi award winning Personal Lines Insurance Broker is now looking to expand its exceptionally talented sales team by employing a proven Team LeaderEstablished nearly 15 years ago, the group is now one of the largest privately owned insurance brokers in the UK, employing over 200 staff across 2 sitesAs a Sales Team Leader your duties will include:Motivate team members to sell a variety of insurance and add-on productsMotivate team members to strive for targetsTrain, support and develop team membersEnsure aggregator conversions are met and report results to management teamAssist department head to manage the day to day smooth running of the teamDeal with inbound and outbound callsLead by exampleShift workThe successful applicant as an ideal Sales Team Leader will hold the following skills and experiences:A minimum of 3 years working within personal lines insuranceMinimum of 1 years' experience of managing / leading a team, particularly within a sales unitConfident working in a fast paced environmentAble to develop, coach and motivate a teamDedicated, hardworking and flexibleWorking knowledge of OpenGi advantageous but not essentialAfter successful completion of a probation period, employees have the option of gaining their CII insurance qualifications, for which funding is provided.
