Apply now Sales, Business Development, Education, Schools Your new company My client are an internationally recognised business who pride themselves on working in partnership with Schools, families and students across the world, maximising opportunity and excellence.Your new role Working alongside the UK Operations Manager your role will focus on the expansion, development and retention of key school partners and especially exclusive partnerships across the UK. You will build sustainable links and enhance the company's position within the UK independent school sector, and to develop new sources of business and long term growth. You will drive peal performance and sales success across the business, creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements and defining the marketing strategy of your partner schools.What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have experience of the Independent School Sector or similar. You will have a breadth of vision and a clear direction in which to grow your business, be a natural communicator with the ability to identify potential, to analyse information and forecast results. You may be working in a school setting currently and are looking to branch out, or you may be in a sales or business development role working with schools or educational establishments, either way this represents a great opportunity. What you'll get in return The business offers a generous rate of remuneration, the use of a company pool car as needed, and a company pension scheme, your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
