You will be asked to cover multiple sites across our prestigious client base. Interested candidates must have a valid frontline SIA licences/SIA training certificates. Responsibilities of the Area Loss Prevention Officer: Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers within working environmentAct as a visual deterrentLiaising with police and other emergency servicesReport writingInternal/external patrolsAny other associated security tasks as required such as store detective/loss prevention duties Requirements of the Area Loss Prevention Officer: Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education historyA full UK driving licence and access to own transport is desirable due to the sites you will be asked to cover;you will be working across a number of assignments and may be asked to cover up to a 50+ mile radius. Clear communicationExcellent customer service skillsExperience in apprehension of shop lifters and subsequent reporting would also be an advantageStore detective experience is preferred but is not essential Incentives for the Area Loss Prevention Officer: Fuel card supplied for business milesVariable hours up to 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days covering a mixture of days, lates, nights and weekends.
