This position has arisen due to an increase in business and has created a brand new opportunity within this growing team. Package: Working Monday to Friday 9-5.30Location: PortsmouthSalary: circa £50,000 depending on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension, reduction from gym membership, health care packages and many other benefits Requirements for the position of Senior Account Executive: Qualifications Cert CII/ Dip CII/ Advanced Dip CII (Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications) desirable Educated to degree standard or equivalent is desirable Technical Knowledge Robust knowledge of general insurance (London Market / Lloyd's and Industry) products, services, classes of insurance including underlying legal principles and practices relating to risk within own role capacity Experience Strong client facing relationship management experiencePrevious demonstrable experience in an Account Executive or Broker role, comfortable working to targetsDemonstrates innovative ideas based on Industry activities/trendsTactical negotiation and influencing experience with internal/external stakeholdersDemonstrated rapport-building experience with internal/external stakeholdersEvidence of effectively prioritising risks to manage concurrent workflowIdentified potential problems and sought advice/consultation when requiredRobust knowledge of client market and insurance industry networkWorks to deadlines in accordance to TOM (Target Operating Model)Able to quickly grasp and interpret salient information internal/external to maximise growth opportunities Skills/other Excellent client focus, including the ability to manage potentially contentious interactions with varying negotiation strategies Good interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the Company, including senior level managementGood presentation skills with experience interacting and presenting to colleagues/senior managementProblem-solving mind-set with the ability to develop creative approaches and solutionsAbility to interact comfortably with colleagues/senior level managementForward planning approachHighly motivated and results focussedHighest degree of ethics and integrity in client focusMS office proficiency
