You will be responsible for compliance monitoring, analysing new regulatory updates, implementing regulatory procedures & assisting in preparing staff training programs.What you'll need to succeedWhat you will need is a strong FCA regulatory knowledge gained in a company (Lloyd's Market Broker). This is in order for you to have a solid understanding of how the brokers are regulated and what issues a Lloyd's Market Broker will have.
