Harrison Sands are now looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team of our client, who as part of a £60 million turnover organisation opened a new branch in Warrington last year and are now looking to further expand that branch. Already supplying and with a key client base in the secondary and SEN markets our client are looking for a consultant who can either develop the primary education market for them or assist them in the expansion of secondary. Our client have a full compliance function in place along with resource support, so are looking for the chosen Senior Recruitment Consultant to have a core business development and client management focus, with the ability to relationship build with new schools being key. This role will suit a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year experience as an agency recruiter, preferably within an education setting. We will consider applications from Recruitment Consultants from outside of sector but with a good knowledge of schools and education from prior work experience or degree studies or a strong health and social care Recruitment Consultant looking to change sector, but the ideal applicant will be currently supplying to clients in the education sector. Our client offers a great training and progression scheme. They are already ahead of expected branch targets so are in a strong financial position and able to offer guaranteed bonus in your first 3 months. This role comes with a salary of up to £27,000 dependant on experience plus package comprising of health and dental cover, pension scheme, reduced hours in school holidays (9am - 3pm) and 25 days annual leave. Due to the client facing nature of this role all applicants must be able to drive.
