Apply now Partnered with a national business who are looking to appoint a Senior Group Risk & Healthcare/Group Risk or Healthcare Consultant to their London office to support ongoing growth and continued development of their health management proposition. As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-large corporate client relationships in addition to supporting less experienced members of the team where needed. Ideally you will have both group risk and healthcare knowledge, but would also consider someone who is a specialist in either group risk or healthcare and willing to gain experience in the other specialism The role Retain and develop a portfolio of mid-large corporate clientsSupport management with new business pitchesConsult with the client to understand their needs and objectivesBuild relationships with key decision makersYear-round management of clients benefits strategyManage Insurer meetings with clientsDesign and brokerage of the benefits package in addition to implementationIdentify cross selling opportunities from group risk and healthcare portfolioBuild and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersSupport clients with the implementation of schemes and ongoing managementHold review meetings with clientsAttend industry networking eventsKeep up to date with industry knowledgeProvide support to leadership team in regards to the benefits propositionAchieve revenue targets set by Manager Please visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
