They work with a variety of Top Tier clients and Private Equity firms, advising on high impact projects across industry sectors such as Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrials. They are looking to recruit a seasoned and proactive Senior Manager who can take a hands-on role in leading projects and developing the team, gaining the significant rewards that will be offered. To qualify, you will have gained at least 4 years of experience within a major Advisory/Consulting practice OR an Industry role, where you will have gained hands-on experience of working on complex Operational Performance Improvement programmes. You will ideally have gained experience in both a Consulting and Industry related role, where you will have worked in a performance improvement/programme management capacity. You will also have gained experience or have a keen interest in managing/developing a team and developing business off-the-back of internal/external networking to raise your profile and that of your team.
