Apply now Our client is currently looking for a permanant Senior Mobility Therapist (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist). The pay will depend on experience but will be competitive/equivalent to a band 6/7. **If you have experience in paediatrics or neuro and are looking for a change in direction they are also happy to review your CV. Purpose:To provide specialist clinical skills, advice and support to all aspects of Whizz-Kidz NHS contracted services in order to maximise clients' mobility, independence and participation and achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The post is part of a specialist clinical service, delivering services at locations and times best suited for the client and to enable efficient service provision. It entails carrying out holistic assessments of clients of all ages, as well as prescription, handover and review of mobility equipment with related seating and accessories.The post holder will work as an autonomous, senior practitioner and as an active member of a multi professional team. He / she will liaise with other professionals and agencies as required and be responsible for the supervision, management, induction and training of more junior staff, supporting the Clinical Team Lead in the provision of a high quality and efficient service.
