Apply now A highly regarded and award winning Property and Construction Consultancy are actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Corporate Real Estate team, working with a Blue Chip, Global client assisting in the delivery of their entire Commercial Portfolio. You'll provide Professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to a high-profile Retail/Retail Banking client and due to the nature of this client, it is desirable that you be MRICS accredited or working towards chartership. You will be responsible for supporting managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for the clients; showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service. Successful candidates will be presented with a great opportunity for career progression whilst at the same time being exposed to cross sector experience.
